  25. Sprint Handicapper is a shareware horse racing handicapper for 
  26. Windows which predicts the order of finish for all horses in sprint  or 'quarterhorse' races.
  27.

The user enters information for up to four previous races for each horse in the race and the program will average the pace for each horse and display a list of the predicted order of finish and the time that each horse should run the race.  You must have at least a racing program from your local track for the races you  want to handicap.
